I went in to pawn a few items and the owner was very nice and helpful. She did not hesitate to give me what I was asking. When I went back to pick up my items, both owners were there and extremely nice.
The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. I couldn't even get a word out without him interrupting me and talking over me. I was nothing but respectful and calm with them and was very rude right off the back as soon as I walked in the door and asked a question about pawning an item. He wouldn't even allow me to describe the items I was interested in getting rid of and wasn't even trying to get much out of them, just enough to have enough gas to get home before he just interrupted me saying no he didn't want them and he ... read more
I want to say that this is a mom and pop shop who have gone out of their way to make sure I didnt lose my jewelry. I have been a customer for years now because cecil, the man who owns it and his went out of their way years ago to call me about my jewelry and even held it over for me. I would recommend them to all oklahomans
