I called to have a Garage Door opener replaced. I was told to go purchase a chamberlain garage door opener from the Home Depot and that he would install it soon. It’s been three weeks now and he still hasn’t come by to install it.
**** WARNING **** Do Not contract this company for any service !!! The guy will put used parts and tell you it's new, he will put parts that will just go by and not use original equipment that you originally have, he will LIE to you !!! As he did to me, this guy is scum !!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS !!!!
Super job and a very reasonable rate!! Steve was great and communicated regularly as to when he’d be there or if running late. I certainly recommend Arrow for garage door issues.
