Had garage doors springs replaced 1 month ago, and ever since they were replaced we have been having issues with door coming out of track rails. Called arrowhead and they came back and repaired issue. But then a few weeks later door comes out of track rails and binds up and could not bring it down. I called to have a Garage Door opener replaced. I was told to go purchase a chamberlain garage door opener from the Home Depot and that he would install it soon. It’s been three weeks now and he still hasn’t come by to install it.
