報到的時候要繳100澳幣當押金，說是退房的時候會退還。但是退房的時候問，他們說會自動返還？？目前已經過了一個月，我並沒有收到，回國後留言發問是否退還押金，也無人搭理。我覺得是要不回來了。 這是一間套房出租的公寓，每一間的格局都不太一樣，感覺住客非常多也有點龍蛇雜處的感覺。我們住的套房大小格局跟照片上有極大落差。整體來說就是三星級的設備與環境。 服務人員並沒有先確認廚具是不是正常，以至於我們買的食物無法烹煮，我們要求櫃檯換房間，換了兩間才換到爐具跟抽油煙機都是正常的。有讓我們換倒爐具跟抽油煙機都是正常的房間，還有提供沒有被刮壞的不鏽鋼平底鍋一只跟吹風機，這是我住房期間頗滿意的地方。 3天才有一次打掃，所以只住3天的話垃圾就要自己拿到樓下子母車倒。 退房前一日櫃檯人員說退房當日免費保管行李，退房日換了櫃檯人員，跟我們說保管行李要收錢，但是上網評價五星可以獲得免費保管行李，還有15元澳幣的咖啡券。 再來最後是講地點，這間旅館位於Free tram zone外，每天都要走一段路才能到Free tram zone，如果想要搭Free tram遊墨爾本市區，建議還是住在Free tram zone內會比較方便。 這間旅館離woolworth很近，還有離Qu... read more
