This place was a real surprise! What a great location, close to Southern Cross Station, right on the free tram and a short walk to the market. The room was larger than expected and had everything I needed for a short stay. I shall definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a reasonably priced place to stay in a great location
Absolutely disgusting service. No one was at reception when we arrived. Several guests were waiting, all with the same issue. When we rang the number provided, and asked why wasn’t reception available, we were told there was no one at reception because staff were “at Swanston Street” a very poor excuse and completely unacceptable. The gentleman on the phone just laughed at the situation!! We were then asked to pay an additional $100 deposit via a link that looked extremely dodgy, which raised serious concerns about security ... read more
Good location
Great location. Excellent staff. Extremely helpful. Have been staying here a few times a year over the last 4 years. Perfect place to stay if you want to be in the Melbourne CBD.
We booked our stay in March 2025 to stay here in December 2025 and they decided to cancel our booking a week out cause they overbooked the place. They didn’t offer anything or even respond to any messages or phone calls. Absolutely outrageous!
