Unfortunately, they are just like the rest of them. Bought a car, shook hands, waiting on financing Maybe 2 or 3 days later, hey we sold the car. Oh so that's why they wouldn't take my deposit. They wanted to keep ms on the hook, bait and switch me and make two sales. Pretty sure that's illegal also, so the new owners, not giving me that much better if a feeling than the last. We just went to Arrow motors and purchased a VW Taos. Our salesman, Lucas was especially impressive with his knowledge about the vehicle we were looking for and we were very thankful to have him to help us with our decision. The whole process from arrival to purchase was professional, supportive and we could not have asked for more. Well… that was most unexpected! After meeting with Scott and Colette we decided to purchase not one but two VW Tiguans. They were so helpful and made everything go smoothly.
