Recently repaired my elevator motor and once reinstalled the motor was not completely repaired. Called to resolve the matter and customer service was very rude. No return call from ownership to take responsibility for poor work. I would not recommend this company for any service. They are forcing me to file a small claim to recover damages.

Everything repaired works just fine. It is unfortunate you are unable to realize where the motor repair ends and the on-site services performed by your elevator company begin.
