Was trying to get some quotes and they couldn't help me out. Zane, Kyra and Adam failed to respond to my basic quote. I will go shop with another lumber company even though you are local to me. Just not sure why its so hard to follow through with customers anymore....
We placed a large (for us) order a couple weeks ago. It arrived ahead of schedule, and the deliverer was a magician with the forklift. We have a STEEP driveway. "concrete over here". Done. "Hogwire over there." Done. "Lumber yonder." Done. Executed with efficiency and, dare we say, beauty. The shop staff is super helpful. The prices are beyond competitive. This place is a FIND!
We had an unfortunate customer service experience during the Covid outbreak. The manager reached out to us in an effort to make things right and we truly appreciated it. It’s a tenuous time right now for everyone and I’m certain that played a part in our experience. Thankful for a happy outcome.

I am continuously impresed by their large selection. They dont carry all those cheap, high profit junk items. No wandering the store to find anything, because every person there knows where everything is, and how to install it. If you wonder what your grandpa meant about what a good Hardware Store used to look like, well, this is it. There is nothing worse than sitting around waiting all afternoon for a delivery and it never shows up. A total waste of my time even though I called and confirmed the delivery.
Best place to get my Clean Burn Pellets. 😀Better regular price then where we got them in the past so I’ll never go elsewhere. I discovered they have a huge Pellet Sale 1st Sat of every Oct. You can buy as much or as little as you want and they will even store there for you and keep your usage on file which is so great!! I wasn’t ready financially in Oct but I will be this next Oct. Thank you Arrow for keeping my home warm!!
