If there was an option for negative stars we would be giving this company that. We had rented a SUV limo from this company for my daughters grad this year. At first we thought they were very accommodating, very nice to talk with over the phone, we were able to extend time on as the school had changed grad show up time an all. The driver was friendly. We had a terrible experience with Arrow Limousine & Sedan Services Ltd. We used their service to get back to our hotel after a wedding. It was supposed to be a shuttle bus, but they upgraded us to a small limo bus with very loud music. The ride took forever as they took a suspicious route that we were tracking on Google Maps. At one point, we passed right by our hotel without stopping. The ride was miserable and unpleasant, and everyone just wanted to get back after a long day at the wedding.
