In response to their reply: Arrow Limousine Service, clearly you have charged the wrong wedding group an extra $900 because our wedding venue was NOT “Pine and Pond”!! Our venue was TIN ROOF event centre, located only 5 min from our hotel in Lacombe, but the driver wasted our time driving us more that 1 hour around! Be fair and return $900 to our group!!! Had the best experience with Arrow limousine for our wedding! The bus we got was clean the driver was respectful and the owner treated us so well. Our booze order was perfect and all of us had a blast!

Ensure you confirm all costs with this company prior to booking with them as they overcharged (just appeared on their credit card statement) my son and daughter-in-law without discussing with them first. No evidence or proof has been provided to substantiate these extra charges which is all we are asking for.

I was part of a wedding party using this service for transportation in early fall. The service was completely normal during our time with them apart from a long ride back to the hotel. Afterwards, the bride and groom were charged an additional $900 for damages we are certain didn't occur and were never provided proof of from their perspective. The owner has since stated these charges were actually for an extension of the trip to add stops which was never requested or approved by the bride and groom. Would avoid Arrow if poss... read more

Driver was on time. We had so much fun. I extended the party 2 extra hours. Bus was very clean. All charges were accurate
