We had a stair lift installed for my mother in law. Chris did an amazing job and was very diligent in his work. He explained how the chairlift works, and how to run it. We are very pleased with his work and the Arrow Lift company.

From the beginning of the process with Arrow Lift I found the sales process and the install and service experience was exceptional. The sales process was very informative and honest - no pressure. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. The installer was exceptional. He called before his arrival, was actually early. His process was courteous, clean, well organized, explained things very well. Our experience with the stairlift thus far is more than we expected. I like their warranty program, it adds assurance to the purchase.

Great place to purchase a stair lift chair! I love mine. Before buying the chair it was very difficult for me to walk up or down the stairs. I have severe mobility issues and was at the point where I couldn't leave my home. All the staff at Arrow Lift were great! I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
