Gabe and Chris were very courteous and competent installers. Communicated well. And so far, the lift is working perfectly. Everything we expected.
Bret Bastian We called to schedule a in home visit and then went out to Arrow Lift store in Urbandale and was able to have our 85 yr old mom see and try the electric chair lifts. Nate and Chris and the other staff were all fantastic- and knowledgeable and explained and answered all of our questions and the installation went fast and easy. The whole process was enjoyable and we are so thankful they made our mom feel safe and comfortable in her home.
