Became too big. Was a great office when they were small. Now they just want money and dont properly treat your animal. I brought my boy in there when he was lethargic. They x rayed him. Kept him on iv and antibiotics. He started "looking better" expect him to recover and sent him home where he quickly declined. A second vet took their exact scans and told me he was actually filling with fluid and it was time. I wish I would have been told this sooner. Never again.

Dr. Kelly Fraser and her wonderful tech met us at Arrow Lake last night, we had a medical emergency with our kitty. Unfortunately nothing could be done for him and euthanasia was required. We were treated with such compassion and care. Dr. Fraser gave us all the time we needed to say this unexpected goodbye. We felt seen, heard and in no way rushed. A million thank yous for your care and consideration. You were so gentle with him, I will never forget that. Arrow Lake clients are lucky to have you.

This clinic has taken care of our pets for about 13 years now. The staff is absolutely awesome and we are so lucky. They really understand our big and loving kitty - Dr. Fraser is like the animal whisperer! She is so kind and patient with our cat and our questions - he adores her.

Wonderful Dr, explain everything before she did the procedure and gave me a great price for Lu my cat Lu had a sore on his foot Castlegar Veterinary clinic I would suggest to everyone, treated my cat so well. Great price both Lu and I left very satisfied.
