One of the best companies that I have worked with period! The staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable about their products, they always treat me like the guest of honor when I come to the will call to pick up my orders. Arrow Industries is my GO-TO!
I recently spoke with a representative of the company by the name of Casey regarding a faulty expansion tank. From the start of the conversation he was extremely callous with no desire to stand behind the company's products. His " I don't give a damn " attitude was obvious and thoughts of customer service was not even present in his vacant brain matter. I would never purchase anything from this company again. When I mentioned this to Casey, his response was "that's fine, It doesn't matter to me " What a smart ass.
