The experience with Mike at Platinum Auto was professional, efficient, caring, and thorough. My car came back to me better than before the accident inside and out. Mike was easy to work with and efficient following my accident. My car came back beautiful and good as new! He also went above and beyond on the interior. There was shattered glass on the inside that needed cleaned out, but when I got my car back the entire thing looked like it had never had a passenger in it before. He answered all of my questions during the process and worked seamlessly with our insurance company to get the repairs covered and finished as quickly as possible.
