We enjoyed working with Arrow. The guys were trustworthy and honest throughout the entire process. I appreciate that they always showed up for work, had integrity in their work and wanted to do a good job. The communication could be improved upon but that is to be expected when dealing with a bunch of men. They remodeled our kitchen which involved removing a wall and gutting the entire existing kitchen. We engaged Arrow Home Improvements for renovations to our master bathroom. We wanted to replace the old tub with an accessible, tile/glass shower, but it was also important to us to respect original architectural features and retain original tile flooring in our 85 year old house. Greg was extremely helpful with design suggestions. Our renovated bathroom is just as we imagined; we are delighted with the final product. Loved working with Arrow Home Improvements to renovate my bathrooms. The end result is fantastic and the staff was easy to work with. Greg was quick to respond to any questions I had and Josh and Donovan were wonderful. Will definitely use them for future renovations and recommend to anyone.
