As a long-time satisfiend customer, I will no longer be working with Arrow. Following a 2019 installation of a new airconditioner that has proven to be faulty since installation Arrow will not honour the warranty or uninstall and refund. Arrow has tried to service the unit to no avail and I am now 5 years in with a barely working unit. I can't be bothered with small claims court at this point. We've relied on Arrow Heating for years to service our geothermal HVAC unit, and they've consistently exceeded our expectations. Their punctuality and willingness to address any questions we have make them a pleasure to work with. Their entire staff is highly professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Having been a long time satisfied customer I will never call this company again. After having a new furnace installed in 2022 I have made three service calls for the same issue because the installation of water disposal piping flooding in the basement. The third time flooding occured was early December 2023 I was charged call out and labour charges. I was not charged for the first two. I guess they accepted it was their responsibility. I’ve used Arrow for my furnace repairs for more than 20 years. They are always courteous and well informed. I would not use any other maintenance service for my old slant fin, which they all seem to love, in spite of its awkward access problems!
