I've been working with Hans for over 8 years. He has become the chiropractor for our whole family. He is an incredible listener, patient, and so good at educating you on your issue and the steps you can take to heal it. With past chiropractors, I sometimes felt like I was getting signed up for a plan and would have to see the provider for 8-10 sessions to properly treat my issue. That's not my experience with Hans. I will say that the provider seems knowledgeable, but I have kinda felt like he didn’t want to see me as a patient. I normally am an easy going guy and understanding when it comes to business. I had a few moments of feeling as if I was not wanted. Seems that scheduling was kinda overlapping with other appointments or that I would wait longer to be seen when the appointments were set up by the provider. My first impression of Dr. Hans was what a great listener he was, and how he showed such a genuine desire for me to get the most out of these sessions. I couldn't believe that I had as much relief with my sciatica after my first visit. He could pinpoint the exact spot and also gave me exercises I could do at home. I had my second visit last week and haven't felt that good in years (too many to count!) I wish I wouldn't have waited so long to have chiropractic care.

Hans Thurmer was very professional. He had reviewed my info prior to my appointment and was prepared with questions. He did a thorough Q&A again and worked to pinpoint the exact issue and eliminate others. He did an adjustment in the area with issue and gave me some exercises to help with the issue. Go forward plan is reasonable and not excessive.

Dr. Thurmer and I have been colleagues for many years within the Chiropractic arm of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department at Park Nicollet Health Systems.
