Beautiful property in Woodend, and the facilities are great. They have a gym, tennis court, basketball hoop. Lots of staff present, but none of them are really very good. There are no doctors or addiction specialists running the day to day program. This is definitely a weak point. They are sort of a 12 step rehab, but also sort of a harm min rehab. When I got to Arrow I was a broken individual from all the damaged I’d caused myself, my 2 daughters and my whole family in general. I will forever be grateful for them helping me get there instead of going to jail. I stayed for 3 months and it was just what I needed to break the cycle of addiction also to work there program helped me understand where everything had gone wrong in my life to cause me to keep falling back in to addiction. Someone in my family was going through it, and we were all kind of lost. Found Arrow Health through a friend who had heard good things. Reached out, and right away it felt different. No weird sales pitch, just honest people who seemed to care. Place was chill, not clinical or cold. Big deal for us. But what really stuck was the staff. Super present, real, not robotic.
