Rubbish service, one plan for all care certainly not individualised. I was denied proper care leading me to walk out and seek help elsewhere, I’m now currently 5 months clean no thanks to Arrow. Pseudoscience of Charkras were common and they’re only certified as a hospital up to 9 patients. Staff was poor except for some nurses. They prey on the vulnerable, they seem lovely on the phone but once you’re in, it goes down hill from there. They also attempted to prevent me from leaving. All in all, avoid.

My son has returned from being in the care of your facility. He has a better understanding of himself and has learnt how to manage his stress levels. I'm very impressed by your company. With the programs and counselling provided him, he is determined to get himself back to a normal life. To realise that he wasn't alone in his addiction meant so very much. I cannot thank you enough for the answer to our prayers!

I referred a my best mate to Arrow Health as we didn’t know what to do, just that he needed rehab ASAP. It was a really difficult time for me and his mates and dealing with addiction is not something we knew anything about. The family program gave us real education and understanding about addiction, along with practical tools to help in a good way. rehabilitation is a hard road but Arrow helps get him started. and they helped his friends understand how to be part of it. Family member arrived and was put into a bedroom with clumps of black hair in the shower. Family member had a horrendous near death experience at Arrow Health. Rushed to Hospital 3 times, facility failed to manage pain for an acute situation.. Arrived at Hospital and was told by a Doctor, family member was medically neglected. I referred a close friend to Arrow Health for addiction rehab, and the experience genuinely changed his life. The detox phase in the hospital was handled with total professionalism which we all were worried how it would be received by him. he said the staff made him feel at home and in an environment which allowed him to focus fully on his recovery.
