Parked overnight, fcfs, checked in at 0615 unloaded by 0745
I arrived @9:15 am have been sitting in door 9 for almost 4 hours haven't been touched!! Green light still flashing only truck in the doors until a few minutes ago... this place is slow and wastes the driver's time!!!
Arrived at night, had a load of metal coil, backed into door B, open at 6am, unloaded and rolling at 630am, clean restrooms.
Nice people fast download the have 2 dock, A and B to Delivery First come first download and overnight parking have 15 dock to pickup
Arrived @ 0925 and after waiting 2 hours went to see what was the hold up. There was another truck also waiting to be loaded. Also there 2 hours. When I asked they said they were short staffed. I see 2 workers moving stuff around and taping boxes. Apparently customer service is not a high priority for this company. They finally loaded the truck next to me and then took their lunch break. Leaving me still waiting. Finally loaded after 3.5 hours. The customer should drop them as a matter of consequence for blatant poor service... read more
