Just got my rims finished after they messed them up over two months ago and took me a few hours to get ahold of the service department. They originally messed my rims up when trying to manually do a tire change when their machine went down. DO NOT ALLOW A MANUAL TIRE CHANGE!
My car has been sitting up at aarow ford for almost 2 weeks now cause it broke down on the interstate and was towed up there and it has yet to be seen by anyone the service sucks and October of last year it was in the shop for a month cause it had an oil leak and needed the oil pan gasket replaced when I finally got it back i get a call stating that the wrong part was put on
Not happy. Dropped off my F150 for a few thousand dollars worth of work. Warranty and customer pay. Have been here for service and multiple repairs as well as lots of money spent at the parts counter. The rental vehicle provided is not comparable to my vehicle at all. Gave me the smallest vehicle ford makes and charge me top dollar for this tiny little car that was dirtyand still had previous customers trash in it. Tempted to cancel everything!
IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN CELL IN YOUR HEAD AT ALL YOU WILL NOT I REPEAT NOT TAKE IT TO ARROW FORD
