After Irma Rauil came out and gave me an estimate to repair my fence. I have been trying to get it signed so I can get on the schedule. But they keep wanting to send someone to give me an estimate. Not sure they want the money. Anyone one use Gator fence?

NEVER, EVER use Arrow Fencing in Bradenton. Our neighbor used them to put a fence in. While doing this Arrow employees literally took a saw to OUR fence and cut sections down. This was done without our permission. They tried to charge our neighbor for taking our fence down. They then wanted $600 to fix our fencing. They refuse to return our phone calls. They promised (in writing) a mediator that they would repair our fence within 2 weeks. That was in July. No communication, no repair, still refusing to do anything about this... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had to give it at least 1 star or it wouldnt let me post this review. This experience was a nightmare. Installers showed up for 2 hours the 1st day, said they would be back the next day never showed , never called. Next day we get a text from the installer saying he cant come til the next day but "please dont tell my boss I will get fired" The office staff especially chelsea is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Just had a fence installed by Arrow. I was amazed by the craftmanship in finishing. The job was completed on time, on budget and looks GREAT. The completed producted was point to point with the proposal. I would reccomend this company.
Had a fence installed in March and had boards that where splitting when it was installed and no one wants to replace them and they are not little cracks they are wide open.
Fence installed several months ago and the work is STILL not finished. Have called multiple times and no one ever returns our phone calls. Would not recommend them to anyone and we will never use them again.
