Perfect job. Got ourselves a front yard fence and a new back yard fence. Back yard now feels so much more private thanks to arrow fence. They got the work done in the time estimated and was able to clear up some misunderstandings. I tend to be very detailed with my questions when hiring contractors and they sure did deliver on all my asks. I highly recommend. Crew was awesome, communication with Megan and Ben was friendly and open. Thanks so much for all the work.
Arrow did an amazing job. My fence is stunning, the service was amazing and the folks who designed and installed it were helpful and professional.
This rating reflects my experience based specifically on the work that was completed. I had partial fence posts repaired/fixed, and while the quality of the completed work was acceptable, I was charged additional fees for items that were not identified during the initial assessment. Clear communication upfront about all potential costs would have made for a much better overall experience.
Arrow Fence of Ohio is AMAZING! I wanted to install a custom slip fence, and I had trouble finding contractors who would quote the whole job or even the labor. Arrow Fence came in competitive on pricing for the labor. Since I had to source materials, work through permitting, and plan around utilities, Ben was very helpful and responsive to work with, and made the process easy.
