Customer service was lackluster and then when my appointment came time they wanted to do it early. I could not so then they wanted to reschedule a week later. So I was a potential customer and I don't feel like they wanted my business.
Live and learn. I have an 8 ft gate that didn't open when I got this house. I used Allen Co. fence at my old house but thought it would just be easier to use Arrow as they initially installed it. I got a quote for a new gate & hardware. The guys came out on a 90°+ day so I told them idc I just need it to open. They shaved off the bottom & adjusted the hardware. Gone in less than an hour. Came on here because of a company vehicle reeking of weed and I'm glad I'm not the only one. Was out and about the other day doing some stuff and my god. The dump truck that pulled up next to me smelled so strong of weed that I could smell it through my vents. I didn't even have my windows down. Crazy employers let employees drive under the influence in the company vehicles. It's nuts.
