Came on here because of a company vehicle reeking of weed and I'm glad I'm not the only one. Was out and about the other day doing some stuff and my god. The dump truck that pulled up next to me smelled so strong of weed that I could smell it through my vents. I didn't even have my windows down. Crazy employers let employees drive under the influence in the company vehicles. It's nuts.
I was just at the Phil's One Stop on Lima Road and someone in a Arrow Fence Company dump truck pulled up beside me. I tell you that when they opened that door, I've never smelled weed that strong in my life. A person 2 pumps down even said something out loud about the smell. That's CRAZY that your let your guys do that in company vehicles. I understand on personal time, but that's crazy when it's that bad.
Arrow Fence Company might take pride in the work they do but not the pride of their erratic drivers of their COMPANY trucks. Their drivers cut people off and almost cause accidents if other drivers wouldn't slam on their brakes to avoid collision. A company should pride themselves in all areas of their respected company and that includes their drivers.
The workers of this company are good people. The owners however will overcharge you for the work they do. Greed and incompetence rule this company. Choose Allen county fence.
Not impressed at all. I scheduled a quote, and when the appointment time rolled around the estimator never actually came to the house. I called the main line and they told me the estimator "came and honked but nobody came out of the house". Yes, I don't respond to random honks! Knock on the door, maybe? Then I was told I'd receive an estimate anyway if I still wanted it (yes) because he did take measurements....never got a call back or an email with an estimate.
