the team is consistently on time and very cordial. they do a thorough job keeping pests away. the reason for the two stars is that we recently had a yellow jacket infestation. while they came out and identified one of the sources, estimated the treatment and followed though, they failed to identify a second source. they provided a 30-day guarantee, but when we called to let them know it’d been a couple of weeks and we were still seeing bees, they came out and identified that second source. instead of honoring their guarantee... read more
