Received service I was not happy with and was sent an email by Arrow to leave a review. I left the review as requested and was called hours later by a "senior manager" named Trent. Trent was extremely hostile on the phone, berated me and chastised me for leaving a poor review, would not let me finish a sentence and was extremely unprofessional. I Had Jeremy Denney come out and service our home and yard about 2 weeks ago. He done an amazing job! He was was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Arrow Exterminators as well as Jeremy! Thanks for the great service!
