The service worked wonderful until it didn’t! Wasps are back and I’m told the treatment was good for only 30 days Doubt I would have paid $700 if I was told it was good for 30 days! Was told I could call back if I noticed any wasps! That’s when I was told it was only a 30 day coverage!
I love the quality of work you do! Your service professionals (especially Leo) are great in communicating with me. They ask if I'm seeing anything specific in terms of pests and then give extra care to target that around the house. I feel confident that if I needed a follow up Arrow Exterminators would be there for me. I did need a follow up one time when we'd discovered some mice in our Christmas decorations under the house and they were out here the next day with a solution. Been with Arrow in Dickson for years. They do a great job on their pest control, mosquito control, and termite control at my house. Danny Lutz takes care of our service from Arrow and is always on time, polite and does a thorough job. He takes time to explain things and you can tell he takes to heart to do the job right and to take care of anything that we are concerned about. Great company in Dickson.
