CHAD COLLINS was the tech. He replaced my termite stations that were not in the best locations.. His install WAS PERFECT. Neatly installed and spaced as they should be. He answered all my questions like the Pro he is. He took me on a walk around after the install I am very satisfied with his work. I would like to have CHAD to do the inspections as well. Chad doing the Station inspection is very important to me as a home owner. Thanks Cecil Steven Newsome

I have been using a competitor of arrows for years. They were purchased by a larger company a couple of years ago. I called them recently because I had a rat infestation. I could not get a person on the phone only a computer generated answering service which led me through a number of options And eventually told me someone would call back. I called Arrow and got a real person immediately and they were there that day to help me.
