Greg was very personable and professional. He was on time, communicative, and explained everything to me as he went along. Very impressed and I would highly recommend.
Was thinking of setting up service with Arrow, and even had a initial appointment setup, but for a few reasons chose to stay with our original pest control company. I appreciate Arrow being willing to serve our house, but when I called to inform the office I was cancelling the initial service, Elizabeth just sounded annoyed with me. She even sounded this way when I called to setup the initial. I get work can be frustrating, but I don't think I should be able to tell that over the phone.
