We love our technician and have not seen any bugs or spiders since starting with Arrow 2 years ago.
Absolutely horrible customer service/communication. Just cancelled my services after years of pest treatments because every single time I call the phone receptionist doesn't schedule what I ask for, they charge for services I have previously cancelled, they show up to my home whenever they want instead of when I schedule the service or they don't show up at all...and with every problem the phone receptionist says "we will notate that for next time" but never actually does.
Great service and quick to come out. Always great with recommendations based on needs in the house or outside the house
