We have had quarterly pest service with Arrow for five years. In that time our price has increased no more than $9 which in today's world is unheard of, and our family appreciates Arrow's consistent pricing immensely. But not only is the price right, we also receive outstanding service with each visit. Amaby is a pleasure when scheduling and has been helpful when we have questions. Love this service. The exterminator came out quickly after I had called and informed me on how the process worked, the cause for my specific insect issue, and any other questions I had. Would highly recommend them.
The technician does an excellent job. I’ve had no issues with bugs for quite a while now, and the service rarely even requires any indoor spraying. He keeps our house pest-free primarily with outside treatments. The management team is also fantastic — very responsive to any concerns and a true pleasure to work with. That kind of customer service is unfortunately rare these days!
The exterminator Tae is very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend him for your pest control services.
