I have used Arrow Exterminators for all my inside and outside pests over 15 years. In all these years, it is a rarity for me to even see pests…especially inside…and if I do, they are clearly on their last legs. Our service tech, Ladarian was at our home today for our 3 month pest control review and spraying. He took care of everything at our home....ie: sprayed inside and out; sprayed in garage knocked down any wasps nest in garage, porch or deck. We have had an ongoing problem with carpenter ants in the master bathroom closet. He removed any new nests, sprayed and put tape traps. He also informed us of a tree branch that needs trimming. We’ve had Arrow Exterminators servicing our home for nearly 10 years; both Brian and Jose are excellent, responsive, understanding, considerate and here when they say they will be here. They are both excellent communicators and even when I’m not home and they come by to service the outside, both contact me with their findings. I have zero complaints about the service and professionalism and highly recommend them. We live in Grapevine, Texas.
Since the beginning, they explained everything very well. Their service is awesome! I totally recommend!
