Very friendly people. They have no issue coming back out in between quarterly appointments when you see a bug.
Not only are their intruding visits useless, they don't cover their shoes as in no disposable shoe covers before entering apartment! It is absurd how they find it okay to bring outside germs into people's living spaces. Oh, and when you kindly leave the covers, they walk right pass them, untouched, and don't even use them. Nasty and quite frustrating.
We use Arrow Exterminators for our pest control and termite control. Since starting service with them, we have no insect or termite issues. Their staff is kind, knowledgeable and on time for every appointment. I receive reminder texts and emails for our appointments and the fees are inline with industry standards. Very appreciated!!
