I cancelled my service with this company because they are too expensive. I asked the person I spoke with in their office to email me confirmation of the cancellation which she never did. They continued to service the property and keep sending me bills. This is not a company I would recommend doing business with. Yates Astro has more reasonable prices and I've had a much better experience dealing with them.
Technician who services our home is always professional and pleasant.
Tim is amazing and very friendly. We have been working with him for 1.5 now and we have nothing but great things to say about him. Recently he came to do our bimonthly roach spray around and in our house and he was able to hit directly into some areas where the wall is currently open due to some reconstruction. There must have been a nest in the one area because there were around 40 total American roaches that came out over the span of 12 hours. They were dying, however I have an extreme fear of them.
