The technician not only did the services requested, but let me know about other available services and potential points that may need to be addressed in the future (even if the addressing of those issues would not be done by Arrow Exterminators). I would never use this company again. I informed Arrow Exterminators that I was selling the house and provide the date that the house would be sold. It would make sense that this would serve as notice that I wanted to cancel my account and future services. Three days after the house was sold, a technician performed service at the house without confirming with me that I wanted the service to be performed.
