UPDATE: I was promised i'd be refunded the last charge, it's been over a month and now i have a new bill even though no one ever came. No scruples whatsoever at this company. I'm sure they will try to send me to collections. Come and grab your termite pods and give me a refund. I cancelled with y'all back in November. DO THE RIGHT THING!!!! While I was at work, two Arrow guys were going around soliciting jobs in a neighborhood where that’s not allowed. They asked my wife if she would like a free quote on termite prevention. She said sure. Two weeks later we did not get a quote for the prevention. Just a $500 bill for consultation.
I hired Arrow for 4 years to do pest work at my house. The work was fine, but after 4 years and still having wasps get into my house I decided that I could handle the pest issue better myself. No harm, no foul. I cancelled services in September via written email, and then I received a bill for over $200 a few months later stating that I had to pay the bill since id cancelled my services early.
