Looks like I'm not alone in this. My ex partner signed us up for quarterly servicing which we paid for upfront. We are no longer together, and I moved away. Arrow harassed me, calling me multiple times a day trying to schedule my final service. I told them I didn't need it and to stop calling because I'm moving and don't need their service anymore. The people are very nice and do a great job.
Very courteous and professional. Always make sure any issues I have are taken care of . . They are always friendly and respectful of the fact I don’t like shoes worn in my house. They have no issues wearing shoe covers.
