Be careful when dealing with these people they purposely use words to confuse. My daughter signed up for the termite treatment, which they call a yearly contract. But they only come out at the beginning, set the traps and beat them and never returned within That year at the end of the year, they called to renew and tell you you have signed up for a service I would personally deal with a more reputable company. I do not sign any contracts with anyone.
They do their best to take care of our needs.
