The technicians were professional, friendly, and thorough. They took care of my pest problem efficiently and provided great advice for future prevention
The employee was nice and all, but I feel they yall could do better as a pest control. If someone has a highly feasted house, you need more than just a little bait and a few sprays. I feel they should do more for the money you pay for this. 💯💯
Cody has been servicing our house for a few years now. He's wonderful about keeping in touch, even contacting us on weekends to schedule us. If you have any issues just send him a text and he is great about explaining the problem and getting to you ASAP. He does a great job, and Arrow is lucky to have him. Give this man a raise! Very satisfied with the company also. No problems calling the office when necessary and they are efficient and kind to deal with.
