Been using Arrow for over 20 years and always have great service and great results.
My service man stumbled across a copperhead in a spot in my yard that is frequently used by me and my little dogs. Taking his time to kill it was out of his normal service, but I cannot thank him enough. This is what small town businesses are all about.
The last owners of my house had termite control with Arrow. However, I did not sign anything to take over that service, nor did I renew. Despite that, I started receiving invoices in the mail. I emailed them, they forwarded it to the Aiken office and said they would take care of it, but I still got them. So then I called and they put in a ticket to resolve this issue. I just got another invoice.
