Could not be more disappointed with Arrow Agents. Since Kim left it has been terrible. First off Matt represented me at a Tribunal hearing and then accepted a pathetic low offer without discussion with me - he was suppose to call and get my acceptance of the offer. Matt assured me after Kim left he would look after my properties only to find he passed it to another agent who appears inexperienced.
