Zero communication. I understand mistakes get made but communication is key in this situation. Your phone call will be answered instantly until you have a problem then your calls get screened. I received the wrong deck two months later than originally told I would have the correct deck..Finally received the correct deck 4 months after the wrong one arrived. Arrow equipment needs to know that this review is on them and could easily have been avoided by just picking up the phone and letting me know what was happening.
Very disappointed with Arrow Equipment. I purchased a brand new service truck from them back in October 2024. I Purchased a new 2024 Ram 5500 with a Milron series 11 service body. When I picked up the truck I was missing a drawer pack in the P4 cabinet but was assured by Stuart that I would receive my drawers when they showed up. I’ve followed up over 5 times as the months passed and called Kyle, and texted him many times as well and was assured that the drawers would be sent out.
