Tried to shake me down for $130 to cover THEIR expenses "in case the state didn't pay". That sounds like a YOU problem. Turns out the woman was billing INCORRECTLY. I took the same CODE she WAS using and gave it to another dentist, and they said "she didn't know what she was doing". Which makes sense because I've never been billed like this before. I had a great experience with Dr. Patel at Arrow Dental. He was extremely thorough and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work. Throughout the entire procedure he used a microscope, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being done with precision and attention to detail. He also used a laser to thoroughly disinfect the canal before filling it, which shows the level of technology and care he puts into his treatments. Dr. Patel and his team were amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and the follow up call was unexpected and welcomed. Had an amazing experience and I would recommend Dr. Patel's office to everyone.
