Very thoughtful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Spent a full 15 minutes (at no cost to me) on the phone, troubleshooting an electrical power issue to my dryer and water heater …which ended with the safe and successful restoration of power. Much appreciation!
I called Arrow Electric because the power went out in my Mom's house. Thanksgiving weekend! He walked me through the process of checking all I could before sending someone (it's a multiple addition house). Boom! Problem solved, power restored. They have now become my go to place for me!
