I called here not realizing they were wholesale to dealers only. The gentleman in parts was great anyway. I was desperately looking for a capacitor for our RV air conditioner for a trip that day that suddenly went out. The man answering the phone, looked up who they sold that part to and who to ask for. So I called an RV dealer I didn't even know about and they had it! Took my husband 10 minutes to install and we were on our way! So Arrow saved our trip during a very hot weekend when I wasn't even their customer.
Driver ran red light turning off 29th to MacArthur.. not a good look for people driving for your company.
Never had an issue with any of the employees. Very pleasant people.
