I’ve been with Allstate since 1990, and I recently stopped in to see if there was a way to get a better deal on my insurance. Susan Swan has been helping me, and she has done an absolutely amazing job! Her customer service has been outstanding. She is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and truly took the time to help me. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure they are taken care of. I’ve been a customer of Arrow’s for 18 years and never had a claim until today. I called Arrow for help and she was SOOOO helpful and calming that every dollar I’ve paid over 18 years was worth it. Highly recommended.
