I spent a lot of money on procedures when Dr Tyak still owned this business. I called them after he retired because I woke up on morning with the side of my face severely swollen and pain in a crown. I was told that I would have a 6 month wait for an appointment! I was so angry that I told them that I obviously had an infection and if I waited 6 months I would probably be dead! Dr John and Lana are very patient and did not give up when we were trying the partials. Rainee and Angie were very helpful as the receptionist.
The hygienist is so unbelievably unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. I went in today to schedule some appointments, and she was so disrespectful. She tried to get me to pay 700 dollars for a porcelain tooth, instead of the stainless steel one i asked for. The first time I went in to this office, she stuck me with a 3 inch needle behind my nose, before I was actually numb. and I freaked out in pain, as anyone would. The guy who extacted my tooth & root was very fast, but rude & uncaring even kind of a jerk to me about the pain. I hope i don't have him in the future
I will never go back to Arrow Dental. I have high anxiety at the dentist, even for cleanings. I am just super sensitive so when they scheduled my cleaning, six months out, I had an Rx to take before my appt. That required that I have a driver. My husband filled out the form including his phone number. Finally, on the morning of my appt I check in and let.them know my.husband was coming inside but then would be waiting in car.
