I used Arrow once maybe 9 years ago, and based upon my recent experience, I must assume it is now under different ownership. Back then they were courteous, and helpful. A few days ago I had a small repair to make to a sail. I asked the woman at the desk if she sold any sail thread; the answer was no. I asked if I could purchase just 30 feet from the bobbins of sail thread sitting right in front of me. She said "We don't sell thread!" The thread needless to say was two feet in front of me.
