Randy came out within a day to assist after a storm-related electrical surge. He was friendly and educated me on how our electric works while he did a walk-through of our house. He could have pushed for a couple of small repair sales, but, with his encouragement and advice, we fixed some things ourselves, saving us money. Randy made sure to let us know to call him with any questions and with any future electrical issues, and we definitely will. I highly recommend Arrow Electric!
