Many issues with my order. When in the showroom we picked out the exact hardware I wanted, nothing was ordered. She sold me brackets that never worked with the shelves. Didn’t include the mantle on the invoice and 2 days before my order was to be delivered she sent me another payment link without explanation of what I was paying for. Not a pleasant experience to buy but the cabinets look nice and match the color I wanted for the space.

Went in person to the showroom and talked to someone regarding a cabinet build. After talking her through what I was looking for, she said she would email with a quote. I heard nothing for about a week, and I emailed twice asking for any information. I haven't heard anything since I visited the showroom. Was hoping to give my business to them, but I will be taking it elsewhere.

We worked with Jessica to get cabinets set up in our laundry room over our sink and washer and dryer. We are extremely pleased with the results. Our order was placed the third week of January and everything was installed less than 8 weeks later. Quality of the cabinets is good and the installation flawless. Would recommend!

Overall a great experience working with Arrow Cabinet Gallery and our designer, Jessica. She did a good job explaining the different lines of cabinet options and their features at the different price points and gave helpful suggestions on cabinet layout when designing our space. This was a renovation of a century old kitchen in a pretty small area and the finished product turned out really nice. There was a small hiccup related to the fridge opening location that Arrow resolved. Would definitely go with Arrow again for cabin... read more
