If I could give a 0 I would. The place is so unorganized, not professional at all. In sessions April would talk more about her self and her problems then listening to my son. April also just left for MONTHS and did not tell us she would be out of state. There was no back up plan for my son. He was basically abandoned by his therapist. Would not recommend this organization to any one!
They don't keep their appointments and put patients in danger that are in a crises state repeatedly.
Availability is not good, can’t switch days, can’t do a Telehealth visit, the one lady gets pissy with you “what are you trying to get out of now?” 1st off, wasn’t trying to get out of anything besides fixing a scheduling conflict. 2nd if you’re running this business maybe you should take a good look at yourself before talking to people the way you do.
