I had an appointment with Abby, and I was very disappointed with my experience. I spent a lot of my hard-earned money on my hair, and for the price I paid, I expected much more care, professionalism, and attention to detail. One of the biggest things that bothered me was leaving the salon with hair color still on my skin. To me, that says a lot about the level of care being put into the service. I was so optimistic about having a great experience here, given all the positive reviews of this beauty bar. There was no one at the front desk, and no one came over to greet me when I entered, so I waited about 5 minutes before someone came in to help me. That man was the only redeeming quality of my experience. He was very kind. My hairstylist Kara was running late, and I was not notified in advance. I waited for Kara for over 20 minutes. She made eye contact with me and passed by me multiple times while I was waiting, but... read more
