Aaliyah is such an amazing hair stylist. She made sure I was comfortable and happy through out the process. Chelsea and Amy were also so lovely!
Sadly I had the most horrendous hair cut here, I literally left the salon in tears and couldn’t believe what she had done to my hair! Tegan you need to work on customer service skills and try to smile and make the customer feel they are welcomed and listened to!
Started having my hair done at Arrow because of a very disappointing experience from my usual hairdresser and have never looked back. Now all my family and extended family have switched to Arrow , always happy with the results and definitely recommend this salon to anyone who’s looking for consistancy and someone who hears what you want
