Had our truck in to the shop again today for brake work. This is our 3rd visit for repairs and again very, very satisfied with the entire transaction. Highly recommend this shop as they are honest, ethical and professional. No question we will use their services again.
Our car battery wouldn't start again during a stop in Dundas. We called Arrow Automotive Repairs, and they generously offered to come and assess the situation for us before our roadside assistance arrived. We had a baby with us so were concerned about how long we might be stalled for, and they came within 20 minutes to help and fix it for us! Thank you so much, Arrow!!

James (the owner) and his colleagues were fantastic to deal with — they took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. (Just had the brakes done on the M5, and again a positive experience all around.)In the past year, Arrow has worked on two of my cars, including an M5 which needed engine gasket replacement as well as some other stuff. Their work was good, fairly priced, and I now trust them to be my local garage, because they are honest and knowledgeable. They are also very good at explaining what needs to be done and why. And I can walk home after dropping off the car ! Highly recommended.
We’ve been bringing our vehicles to Arrow for the past few years and we are impressed with their professionalism and quality of service. They are honest in their assessment, include pictures where possible and point out whether an issue is urgent or not. Most importantly they also offer after hours drop-off and pickup.
