My dad was driving to pick me up and took a wrong turn, ending up in Dundas instead of Hamilton. He stopped in here just hoping for some quick directions. Most places would have just said "go down this road" and left it at that. But these guys actually printed off Google Maps directions for him, gave him some pointers, and even let him use their phone to call me.
