Our car broke down and all other garages were fully booked until the end of the month. Despite being busy themselves, they helped us right away. We needed the car urgently as we were leaving the area, and they provided fast, great service. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE. They are dishonest and arrogant. Took them 3 weeks to replace one leaf spring on my camper, and I would still be there if I did not manage to get the parts myself. As soon as I asked some questions about the job, they became arrogant and everything but helpful. When I asked for a quote on labour, the owner told me he couldn't give a quote on that as it's too complicated, a very good way to rise up the bill as much as they want while even if it's a bit of work, a good mechanic would h... read more

Our car broke down at 8pm at night when we were visiting Queenstown. We called Remarkables Towing who towed our car the next morning, took it to Arrow Automotive who were able to replace the alternator that morning. The communication was great and the price was comparable to what we would pay back home. We were lucky to be back on the road the next day. Highly recommend Remarkables Towing and Arrow Automotive.
