Great experience after a terrible experience with Safelite Yorkville NY. Arrow was courteous and quick to respond. Avoid Safelite in Yorkville at all costs, they ordered the wrong windshield 3 times and they couldn't have cared less. I called Arrow and had a replacement in 24 hours and I didn't need to leave my house.
This is an updated review first I just want to thank Denise for taking the time to address my concerns with the windshield that I had originally put in Friday she sent out two workers who were very professional Matt and Bill windshield looks amazing it's no longer sitting up high it's flush with the roof and on the sides everything looks amazing the corners that were sticking up and out are down nice and tight I am very satisfied with the work they even buffed out the scratch for me that the last service tech had accidentall... read more
If I could leave a zero I would service tech is very unprofessional called in on Wednesday so they canceled my appointment Friday try to tell me he needs to cancel my appointment again because the weather the weather is just fine out it's cloudy no rain rain yesterday then he said because he had to go to Syracuse which is not my problem again very unprofessional I get prices are cheap update update so he finally showed up to do my window rushed to do it and he damaged my car he scratched the top of my roof of my car he put t... read more
